There is much outrage and ridicule from the US Democrats and lefties in general that Trump isn’t conceding defeat, claiming voting fraud that benefited his opponent, Joe Biden. But ‘ye shall know them by their actions’….
They all laughed when Trump claimed early in his Presidency that his campaign had been ‘bugged’. It turned out to be true – he was right.
They all laughed when Trump claimed that his alleged election collusion with Russia was a hoax. It turned out to be true – he was right.
They all laughed when Trump denied allegations of abuse of power over a phone conversation with Ukrainian President Zelensky. Despite the House impeaching him (without due process), the Senate acquitted him. He was right.
They all laughed when he said there would be a ‘red wave’ in this, the 2020 election. It turned out to be more right than wrong, with Republicans winning seats in the House, Republicans holding seats (and power) in the Senate…
Their track record of tampering with Trump gives his alarm about their tampering with ballots considerable weight.
In any event, whether the result can be overturned in Trump’s favour or not, American voters should be made aware of the rickety voting system that is meant to be the railway tracks of their democracy. It is looking prone to derailments.
