In a watershed moment for Australian politics, core support for Pauline Hanson’s One Nation is ahead of Labor as Anthony Albanese hits a record low.

Yet 47% of those polled are (weirdly) satisfied with the way Albanese is doing his job; the same % are dissatisfied. Perhaps that’s a function of the voters polled? Easily pleased?

    Andrew : Some of my relatives in USA proclaimed quite strongly that if Trump got into power – they would migrate to….? Its not that easy – so they didn’t..! Clever me predicted a Trump win (that first time) . And I’m not all that interested in the political machinations. But just like with Hanson – enough people can get fed up with what they see as the establishment failures . To many of us little citizens..the migration levels and types of – seem to have got out of kilter..Nearly 30 million car trucks and tractors – yet Australian makes no tyres.. massive gas reserves- yet we make no Urea fertiliser for our extensive agricultural needs..! Oil Refineries/coal power stations / steel mills – cars trucks tractors railway locomotives and cargo ships even – what the hell happened ? Its simplistic establishment garbage to blame it all on lefty wages.. USA is seemingly destroying much of its industry – and wages there are nothing much…
